You will receive an Order Confirmation email. One of our technicians will then be in contact with you shortly after your order to book your repair appointment in at your earliest convenience. Then simply drop your device into us in store at your appointment time.
DON’T SEE THE REPAIR YOU NEED?
Not a problem! For a custom quote, please pop in or call us to ask for a specific device or repair. Our techs will happily advise you on what we can do to get you sorted. We can even order in parts if we don’t have them in store.

Is your device acting up and you don’t know why? With this service we will troubleshoot what may be causing issue(s)
Our tech experts will diagnose the issue with a full battery of tests and advise on what the issue could be. If there are further works required, our experts will advise you via email, telephone call or in person and you can decide to proceed or not.
Please note if you decide not to proceed with the repair the diagnostics fee is non refundable.
